The FP48-6-3 Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press is designed for efficient, high-performance veneering of flat panels up to 4' x 8'. With an inside pressing area of 102" x 54", this press provides ample capacity for standard sheet goods and production-oriented workflows.

This unit is equipped with a .030" polyurethane membrane top featuring 6" gusseted corners. The thicker .030" material offers increased durability, making it an excellent choice for panel production and repeated daily use. While slightly less flexible than thinner membranes, it provides longer service life and improved resistance around sharp edges and demanding applications. The 6" gusseted corners allow for stacking multiple parts, accommodating two to three 3/4" thick panels in a single pressing cycle.
