Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press – 102" x 66" Inside Dimension
The FP58-6-2 Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press is designed for efficient veneering of larger panels up to 5' x 8'. With an inside pressing area of 102" x 66", this press provides additional width over standard models, making it ideal for wider panels, multiple part layouts, or increased production flexibility.
This unit is equipped with a .020" polyurethane membrane top featuring 6" gusseted corners. The .020" membrane offers excellent flexibility, allowing it to conform easily over curves, contours, and detailed work. The gusseted corners provide added height capacity, making it possible to stack two to three 3/4" thick panels in a single pressing cycle.
Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum, the frame is engineered for strength, accuracy, and long-term performance. The flip-top design allows for easy loading and unloading, improving workflow and reducing setup time.
The frame is supplied in kit form for ease of shipping and assembly. Each aluminum section comes pre-applied with double-sided adhesive tape on the outer edge and underside for secure membrane installation. Corner angle irons slip into place and are fastened with screws, creating a straightforward and rigid assembly.
Detailed instructions are included for both frame assembly and proper table construction. Please note that the table and baseboard are not included and must be provided by the user.
