Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press – 102" x 66" Inside Dimension
The FP58-6-3 Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press offers the same large-format capacity as the FP58-6-2, with an inside dimension of 102" x 66", making it ideal for wider panels and production-oriented workflows.
This model features a .030" polyurethane membrane top with 6" gusseted corners. The thicker .030" membrane is designed for increased durability and extended service life, making it an excellent choice for flat panel production and high-use environments. The gusseted design allows for stacking two to three 3/4" thick panels in a single pressing cycle.
While slightly less flexible than the .020" version, the .030" membrane provides superior resistance to wear, particularly around sharp edges and repetitive use applications.
The frame is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and features a flip-top design for efficient operation. Like all Q.V.P. frame presses, it ships in kit form with pre-applied double-sided tape for membrane installation and simple bolt-together assembly using corner angle irons.
Detailed instructions are included for assembly and table construction. Table and baseboard are not included.
