Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press – 126" x 54" Inside Dimension
The FP410-6-3 Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press is built for production-focused veneering of long panels up to 4' x 10'. With the same 126" x 54" inside pressing area, this model is ideal for high-throughput environments where durability and consistent performance are key.
This version features a .030" polyurethane membrane top with 6" gusseted corners. The thicker membrane offers enhanced durability and wear resistance, making it especially well-suited for flat panel production and repeated pressing cycles. While slightly less flexible than the .020", it provides excellent long-term performance.
The 6" gusseted corners allow for stacking two to three 3/4" panels, maximizing productivity.
The frame is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum, ensuring strength and reliability over years of use. The flip-top design improves workflow by allowing quick and easy loading and unloading of long panels.
Supplied in kit form, the press includes pre-applied adhesive tape for membrane installation and simple-to-assemble corner hardware.
Detailed instructions are included for assembly and table construction. The table and baseboard are not included and must be supplied by the user.
