The FP510-6-2 Flip-Top Vacuum Frame Press is designed for efficient veneering of large panels up to 5' x 10'. With an expanded inside pressing area of 126" x 66", this press provides the length needed for oversized panels while maintaining generous width for multi-part layouts and increased production efficiency.

This unit is equipped with a .020" polyurethane membrane top featuring 6" gusseted corners. The .020" membrane offers excellent flexibility, allowing it to conform easily over curves, contours, and detailed work. The gusseted corners provide added height capacity, making it possible to stack two to three 3/4" thick panels in a single pressing cycle.

Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum, the frame is engineered for strength, accuracy, and long-term durability. The flip-top design allows for fast loading and unloading, helping streamline workflow and reduce setup time in both small shops and production environments.

The frame is supplied in kit form for efficient shipping and straightforward assembly. Each aluminum section includes pre-applied double-sided adhesive tape on the outer edge and underside for secure membrane installation. Corner angle irons slide into place and fasten with screws, creating a rigid and reliable structure.

Detailed instructions are included for both frame assembly and proper table construction. Please note that the table and baseboard are not included and must be supplied by the user.
